Shipping & Returns


  • All our products are in stock and ready to ship from our warehouse in the New Jersey & New York USA.
  • Most orders will ship within 48 business hours and are sent out via UPS, FedEx or USPS. Depending on how busy we are though it could take a two or three business days.
  • Your order will be assigned a tracking number and it can be tracked via the UPS, USPS or FedEx websites. You will be emailed a confirmation that your order has shipped along with the tracking number. You can also log into your account to view the tracking number.
  • Orders placed after 12 pm EST will be shipped the following day. We ship orders Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will be shipped Monday or Tuesday.
  • We only ship to select countries, please email for more information
  • If you get Free Shipping, we will most probably ship via USPS first class mail/ priority mail / FedEx Ground / UPS Ground only.
  • Free Shipping doesn’t qualify for any priority or overnight delivery.

Shipping in the US will take 2-6 business days or less. (Free shipping could take up to 15 days )

Shipping to Canada will take 5-12 business days

Shipping to Australia will take 7-12 business days

Shipping to UK will take 15 business days

Most other countries will take anywhere from 10 business days to 4 weeks.


For international shipments (outside USA) you may have to pay import duties and taxes. Its your responsibility to check if your importing country has any such laws.

*Overnight orders (paid specifically) need to be placed prior to 10 AM EST to be shipped the same day & contact made with us to confirm. No Saturday, Sunday and Holiday Shipping or delivery. For Example if an Overnight Order made on Friday, will be delivered only on Monday. Also, Fedex, UPS and USPS does not guarantee next day delivery to some locations.*



Please note items purchased in our any “SALE” are NOT eligible for returns/refund/exchange. They will only be accepted back if we shipped you the wrong product or a faulty product which was our fault. If you wish to return a product which you ordered you will need to return it within a week of you receiving it.

We have the best quality products and the most amazing customer service and want you to be 100% satisfied and successful with your new cricket equipment. We stand behind our products and are here to support you on your new path to scoring runs, taking catches and taking wickets. If we make an error in your order we will correct it right away. If your shipment is damaged or missed by UPS, USPS or Fedex, please file a claim with your local office. For items being missed by UPS, USPS or FedEx needs to be checked with neighbors, family members, local delivery staff prior to register a compliant. If the items are still missing then need to register police compliant and with the FIR need to register an official compliant with service provider. Then give us a call or send us email with the proof, so we can work with you any items that were missed or damaged.

Used Bat or Knocked bat is NOT covered under return policy.

We do offer Free returns on select products and select orders at our discretion. like if we shipped you the wrong product or a faulty product which was our fault. Rest of the products return cost or shipping cost must be bear with the customer (Like Size or Style issues with accessories, equipment, shoes, clothes, helmet etc.)

No Return or Exchange for the Under garments, Abdo guard and any products coming under this very personal category.


If you feel you have received a defective product please email us pictures to along with your phone number and order number, we will contact you back and discuss your issue with you personally. We are here to make you happy, not make your life difficult.


Any unopened or unused product can be returned for a full refund or store credit within 07 days of purchase Excluding Shipping. If you are not entirely happy with the product your received, return the product in same good condition and we will issue you a store credit OR Refund (2 way shipping cost will be deducted).

*Products bought together to check the Size or to Avail Free Shipping or Similar purchase will NOT be Refunded the Shipping Cost. Both Side Shipping will be deducted*.


Due to the nature of the game all cricket bats will eventually break. Some quicker than others. Most companies DO NOT warranty their cricket bats especially the edges and toes as these are the most common areas to break. A good knocking in service like the one offered by us will help your bat last a little longer.

Used Bat or Knocked bat is NOT covered under return policy.

Warranty on bats are completely under management discretion.


If you need to return an item, simply follow these instructions.

  • View the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu
  • Click the Return Item(s) button.

We’ll notify you via phone or e-mail to discuss your return. Any returns need to be approved by our Customer Service Ninjas. Returns received without approval will not be issued a refund or credit.
